Comprising a ground floor retail area of 655 sq ft with 247 sq ft of ancillary storage, the retail space has a passing rent of £27,500 per annum exclusive.
Goadsby and Robin Calver Chartered Surveyors acted as joint agents for the deal on behalf of private clients.
