Ladbrokes Betting and Gaming Ltd has taken a new ten-year full repairing and insuring lease on Unit 3, Prudential Buildings in Wine Street, Bristol.
The initial rent agreed was £22,500 per annum exclusive with a rent review and tenant only to break after five years.
The deal was arranged by Williams Gunter Hardwick who acted for Ladbrokes, while the lessor, Strand Street Properties was represented by Hartnell Taylor Cook.
