Acting on behalf of Glen House Estates, commercial property agency Vail Williams has signed national waste logistics company HIPPO as the tenant for the last remaining unit at Blueprint Industrial Esate in Portsmouth.
HIPPO has signed a new six-year lease on the 8,386 sq ft unit, which has been recently refurbished and comes with a large rear yard.
Gareth Lloyd-Jones, HIPPO's managing director, said: “HIPPO experienced record growth in 2013, collecting our millionth HIPPOBAG which resulted in the need for us to expand our logistics operation to aid the expansion of the business. Vail Williams offered us an ideal business solution with this property, which has both office and warehouse space and will allow us to continue to grow.”
HIPPO also has an office at 1000 Lakeside in Norh Harbour, Portsmouth.
