Midlands property firms GJS Dillon and JWL Fellows merger22nd May 2014

Midlands property firms GJS Dillon and JWL Fellows mergerTwo respected independent Midlands commercial property consultancies - GJS Dillon and JWL Fellows - have merged and will now be known as GJS Dillon.

Based in Stourport, JWL Fellows, which was established in 1986, specialises in valuations, building surveys and dilapidations, and operates across North Worcestershire, the Black Country, parts of Birmingham, the South West, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The firm's founding partner, Bill Fellows, will become a partner at GJS Dillon, working from their offices in Worcester nd Bromsgrove.

John Dillon, director of GJS Dillon said, “Having Bill – one of the most respected surveyors in the Midlands - come into the firm when we are taking on so much extra business is fantastic timing and his skills base allows us to offer a complete service to existing and new commercial property owners.”

Bill Fellows said, “I have been so impressed with the growth and reputation that GJS Dillon has established in the Midlands property market and I am really looking forward to both businesses coming together to capitalise on what is certainly a strengthening commercial property market.”
