Specialist seafood supplier Visual Foods Ltd has taken a new lease on refurbished Grade A office space on the 15th floor of 54 Hagley Road in Edgbaston.
One of Edgbaston's best known buildings, 54 Hagley Road underwent a recent £17m high specification refurbishment and has seen an increase in popularity according to its marketing agents GVA.
“We have seen a resurgence of new enquiries for 54 Hagley Road, the proof of the pudding being the lettings that have been completed over the past few months. Other deals recently completed in 54 include a letting to Avidity IP Ltd, the patent and trademark attorneys. Avidity took 2223 sq ft (207 sq m) on the 10th Floor. The top floor a total of 5,375 sq ft (499 sq m) has been let to Nolan Associates, a firm of consulting engineers", said George Jennings of GVA.
Edgbaston’s office take up made up approximately 33% of this year’s first quarter for the city, equating to some 33,742 sq ft.
