Business is thriving this year at Chineham Park in Basingstoke, where already in just five months, five new tenants have signed leases and lease extensions.
New tenants include Sensus, a company that offers smart meters, communications systems, software and services for the electric, gas and water industries. They have taken 7,100 sq ft at Unit 3, Lindenwood. Arjo Wiggins has signed a five-year lease at Unit 4 Lindenwood, while Gist has extended their 28,000 sq ft lease in Rosewood until 2019.
Rupert Batho, Managing Director of Chineham Park, said: "The level of interest in the Park has been growing steadily since the end of last year and our reputation as Hampshire's premier business destination for smart business is attracting companies out of London."
