Innovate Trust and Huw David Design lease over 3,000 sq ft of office space at Talbot Green Business Centre3rd June 2014

Innovate Trust and Huw David Design lease over 3,000 sq ft of office space at Talbot Green Business CentreTwo new tenants, Innovate Trust and Huw David Design, have moved into the first floor of Unit 2, an office building at Talbot Green Business Centre near Llantrisant in Wales.

Property consultants JLL and Alder King arranged the two separate lettings - totalling over 3,000 sq ft - at Unit 2, which has been comprehensively refurbished following its purchase at auction in 2012 by the owners Serviced Office Rentals..

Charitable organisation Innovate Trust has moved from Canton in Cardiff to Unit 2, where it has taken a ten-year lease.

Graphic design firm, Huw David Design has taken a three-year lease on its new offices, having moved just two miles from its former premises in Llantrisant. The firm is pleased to be working from modern premises in a semi rural environment with good views across the surrounding countryside.

Nick French, chief executive at Innovate Trust, said: “We are a local charity so it was important that we remained close to those we support in the Taff Ely area. The new offices at Talbot Green Business Centre are in a great location and provide us with plenty of space. Crucially, we have good parking facilities as well as sufficient space for a training room."

Huw David, managing director at Huw David Design, said: “The move is small in terms of distance, but huge in terms of our journey as a company. Our new home, which is just a few miles away from our previous office, provides us with more space and a new environment in which to welcome our clients.

“We now have dedicated meeting and conference areas which we’ll be using as we continue to aid our clients with their branding and website requirements.”
