Congratulations must go to 25 year old Rupert Allsop at the Bath office of property consultants Carter Jones, who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence through the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and is now a qualified chartered surveyor.
Since joining Carter Jonas four years ago, Rupert has worked within the commercial property team on a number of high profile instructions, including the sale of Duck Son and Pinker's Bath premises in 2011.
Rupert will continue to deal with rent reviews and lease renewals in Bath and the South West and will be actively involved in commercial agency services.
