Goadsby Commercial in Winchester reports a shortage of office space in the city as demand for quality business accommodation continues to grow.
The firm has now fully let Athenia House in Winchester, having just leased the second floor to Lucent Group. Earlier this year Goadsby successfully let the ground and first floor to Wilkins Kennedy and Executives Online, who have taken the third floor.
Athenia House is one of Winchester's most prominent office buildings, offering a total of 9,746 sq ft.
