Brecon House, an office building on Llantarnam Park in Cwmbran, Wales has recently acquired two new tenants - health, safety and environmental consultancy OHS Ltd and Evolve Aeshtetics Ltd.
Property consultants Knight Frank and Jenkins Best acted jointly to achieve the lettings on behalf of landlord Lear Investments.
Health, safety and environmental consultancy OHS has taken a five-year lease on 1,237 sq ft of space at a rent of £9 per sq ft and plans to create up to ten new jobs at its new offices.
Evolve has moved into offices on the ground floor, occupying 1,176 sq ft on a five-year lease at a rent that will rise to £10 per sq ft. The company plans to open the Evolve Clinic, offering aesthetic treatment.
Mark Sutton of Knight Frank said: “Brecon House continues to be an attractive option to occupiers and these twin deals show the continuing demand for well-located, good quality office space at a sensible rent.”
