The signing of a new tenant - the HLN Group - for offices at 14 Cathedral Road in Cardiff's city centre, means that the property is now fully let and, according to joint letting agents Emanuel Jones, is further proof of an increase in demand for offices in Cathedral Road.
HLN Group has taken a lease on 5,325 sq ft over the second and third floors of Number 14, a five-story purpose built office building, which was recently refurbished and features open plan offices and onsite parking.
Matthew Wright, a surveyor with commercial agency JLL, which acted jointly with Emanuel Jones on the new letting, said: “There has been a marked improvement in confidence across the Cardiff office market in 2014 and this has been reflected in the level of take-up in the first and second quarters. Properties on Cathedral Road are well positioned to take advantage of this and we have seen several recent lettings in this part of the city.”
