According to the lawsuit filed in the New York County Supreme Court on April 27, 2026, the accuser, identified as John Doe, claims that Hajdini used a date rape drug on him. He asserts that she coerced him into non-consensual sexual acts shortly after his appointment as Senior VP/Director in March 2024.

The alleged harassment reportedly began just a month after Hajdini joined the leveraged finance team. Doe claims he faced threats regarding his career if he rejected her advances. “If you don’t f**k me soon, I’m going to ruin you,” Hajdini allegedly told him. Moreover, she is accused of making racially charged comments towards Doe.

Doe formally reported his experiences to JPMorgan’s HR team in May 2025. However, the bank has publicly denied the allegations. A spokesperson stated, “Following our investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims.” This denial comes amid rising scrutiny over executive misconduct in corporate environments.
