Staff from Darlows raised approximately £2,500 this week with a fancy dress fun day in aid of children’s hospices in Wales.
Estate agents from across the branch network swapped their usual suits for a variety of weird and wonderful outfits in an effort to raise as much money as possible for the company’s Magic Moments charity.
Founded in the late 1990s, Magic Moments supports the work of children’s hospices throughout the UK, including Ty Hafan in Sully, near Cardiff. To date, staff have helped raise over £700,000.
Thomas Ross-Bason, Divisional Sales Manager for Darlows said: “It was fantastic to see everyone within Darlows get into the spirit of things and dress up in aid of Magic Moments. I am not quite sure what our customers thought when Darth Vader came to value their house, but they didn’t seem to mind from the feedback we’ve received on the day.”
