Acting on behalf of a private landlord, JP Dillon Commercial Property Consultants has let Unit 1 Buntsford Park Road, Bromsgrove.

Bromsgrove-based manufacturing company 2KM (UK) Limited has acquired the 8,832 sq ft (820 sq m) industrial unit, well known locally as the former GS Print Unit, on a new three-year lease, at a rent of £4psf, with an option to purchase in the first 12 months.

Located in a prominent position on Buntsford Park Road, on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, and within two miles of junctions 4 and 5 of the M5 motorway and junction 1 of the M42 motorway, the property also has office space and a good sized yard.

2KM (UK) Limited is a German-owned precision engineering company, which has been operating in Bromsgrove since 1976. The move to new premises marks new investment and expansion for the company.
