IM Properties will be delivering 20,000 sq ft of Grade A office in Worcester following a refurbishment of One Kings Court, located on the edge of the city centre.
The upgrading of the building’s first two floors will make One Kings Court the largest Grade A building available in Worcestershire and along the M5 corridor.
Marketed by joint agents GVA and Harris Lamb, the headquarters style office building offers large open-plan floor plates of up to 10,000 sq ft, but with the flexibility to enable creation of smaller suites of 4,000 sq ft.
The refurbishment is due for completion in June and takes in the reception and common areas, loos and office space. There will be space for up to 250 jobs.
Prominently located off Newtown Road, One Kings Court is approximately three miles to the east of Worcester City Centre and less than two miles from junctions 6 and 7 of the M5 motorway. It is also served by a regular bus route.
The building has a high ratio of on-site car parking and is set in impressive grounds adjacent to the Worcester Royal Hospital. Two Kings Court is let to Shop Direct Group and Three Kings Court is owned and occupied by The Hereford & Worcester Fire Services Authority.
David Cook, Management Surveyor at IM Properties said: “IM Properties is undertaking this upgrade of One Kings Court to help meet the increasing demand for Grade A space in the prime business location of Worcester.
