Bromsgrove-based JP Dillon Commercial Property Consultants has appointed Claire Juggins as Management Co-ordinator for its new management service for properties and developments across Worcestershire.
With more than ten years experience in the property industry, Claire has won recognition for her outstanding customer service and will work closely with managing director John Dillon to provide the new management service for clients.
Property developer Maximus has appointed JP Dillon to manage the collection of rent and service charges at its premier office developments at Wildwood Triangle in Worcester and at Topaz in Bromsgrove.
JP Dillon has also been appointed by a major SIPP pension fund provider to manage a multi-let office building in Bromsgrove on its behalf.
