Mobile device management firm, AirWatch, has upsized and become the first tenant at IM Properties’ recently refurbished Grade A Phoenix House in Station Square, adjacent to Milton Keynes Central railway station and just minutes away from the motorway network
American-owned AirWatch has committed to 12,490 sq ft on the top floor of the four storey building, with a view to taking more space as the company expands.
IM’s extensive refurbishment of Phoenix House has included new air conditioning, lighting, lifts, toilets and shower facilities, reception area and card access entry system. The property also offers a high ratio of secure car parking.
