The latest event organised by the Residential Agents in Bristol Development group will be a site visit on Tuesday 26 June to Crest Nicholson’s Riverside scheme in the centre of Bath.
RABD president Louise Seaman, a development specialist at Colliers International’s Broad Quay HQ, said she was expecting around 20 agents to attend the event.
Louis Seaman said: “The Riverside development is one of the standout schemes not just in Bath, but in the whole South West. It is destined to transform the city waterfront.”
The visit is one of a series of events incoming president Louise has launched to promote key issues affecting the housing market.
RABD is a professional group set up five years ago as a networking organisation for agents involved with buying and selling of residential development sites in and around Bristol. The organisation now has over 40 members including representatives from large companies to sole practitioners.
