South Wales recruitment company Excell Personnel Ltd has taken 1,200 sq ft at Unit 7, Magden Park, Llantrisant, on a five year lease for its growing recruitment business.
The letting was agreed by the Cardiff office of DTZ and Savills on behalf of Rightacres Property Company Ltd.
Alex Easton, Associate Director at DTZ in Cardiff, said: “Excell Personnel has taken the opportunity to upgrade its office space by securing a competitive rental package at Magden Park, which is strategically located close to the M4 motorway and offers high quality offices in a pleasant, working environment.”
Magden Park is next to the A4119 trunk road on the site known formerly as the Gwaun Elai site, adjacent to the Royal Glamorgan Hospital. The development, when fully complete, will have 13 self-contained 2 and 3-storey office buildings, totaling 30,000 sq ft, each with comfort cooling/heating and dedicated car parking.
