Sibbett Gregory, acting on behalf of a private client, has let a former car showroom in Ferndown to Caskade Caterers Ltd, trading as KFC.
Alastair Knott said: “The property stands in an excellent and highly visible location fronting the busy A348 Ringwood Road and our marketing generated significant interest. Planning consent was recently granted for the new drive-thru restaurant and we have been very pleased to secure Caskade Caterers as a tenant."
Bob Budge, the development director for Caskade Caterers, based in Christchurch, Dorset, said the new drive-thru will create upwards of 30 jobs and is one of 28 franchised KFCs in its portfolio across the south coast.
