Iken Business take 5 year lease at Lewins Place, Bristol 11th September 2012

Bristol-based software consultancy Iken Business Ltd has taken 5,379 sq ft on the 11th floor of Lewins Place on a five year lease.

The deal was brokered by DTZ and Lambert Smith Hampton on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management. Williams Gunter Hardwick represented Iken Business.

Lewins Place has 107,262 sq ft of space and recently underwent a total refurbishment to include the office accommodation, communal areas and a new entrance/reception. The building offers easy access to Cabot Circus and the Harbourside as well as the town centre.

The letting closely follows the letting of 7,000 sq ft of space at Lewins Place to Wind Prospect Group Limited.
