Knight Frank has appointed Nick Snowden as head of the firm's Residential Development Consultancy services in Bristol.
Previously, Snowden had spent five years as the South West expert for Knight Frank’s London Residential Development Consultancy division.
Steve Oades, head of the Knight Frank Bristol office, said: “Increasing numbers of developments are mixed-use these days, and we are now able to provide experienced, top level valuation and development advice from a single unified team.
“In addition to advising on traditional residential developments we can now utilise Nick’s extensive knowledge and provide a regional “one stop shop” for mixed use developments, while also maintaining a direct relationship with our London office.”
Nick Snowden is now advising on a number of regeneration and mixed-use schemes, including a landmark project in Bath, large scale development on the Cornish coast and a contemporary period conversion near Bristol.
