Worcester based Guise Jones Sawyer and Bromsgrove based JP Dillon have merged into the new partnership of GJS Dillon LLP. The principals of Guise Jones Sawyer and JP Dillon, respectively Philip Jones and John Dillon, both become partners in the new, five-strong firm.
From its established offices in Worcester and Bromsgrove, GJS Dillon will provide coverage throughout north and south Worcestershire, and beyond, across all commercial property agency, acquisition consultancy, management, valuation and other disciplines.
“With JP Dillon best known for its industrial and office agency and Guise Jones Sawyer’s focus on consultancy and professional surveying work, our new firm will provide an improved service for all its existing and prospective clients,” said GJS Dillon Partner John Dillon.

Guise Jones Sawyer manages a large portfolio of properties across the UK, and provides consultancy, acquisition, valuation and general property advice to its clients which include public companies, industrial concerns and public and education sector organisations, such as The University of Worcester for which it has made a number of key property acquisitions to help further its expansion.
Mr Jones is also Surveyor to The King's School, Worcester, Honorary Surveyor to a number of charities and arts organisations, and property advisor to Worcester Consolidated Charities, the 500 year old city charity which has a property portfolio valued in excess of £10 million.
