Acting on behalf of a private Landlord, Goadsby has let 29 Highfield Lane to a private individual trading as Label Food.
The premises comprise the ground floor retail unit of approximately 578 sq ft and was let on a new 20 year lease. Goadsby were quoting a rent of £8,000 per annum.
Alex Hirst of Goadsby said: "Highfield is an extremely popular residential area with a high student population due to the proximity to Southampton University’s main campus. Label Food are looking to utilise the excellent position within Highfield to take advantage of the thriving local student market."
