St. Modwen, the UK’s regeneration specialist and development partner of Taunton Deane Borough Council on the £270 million Firepool scheme in Taunton, has completed the first office building together with riverside park.
The 27,000 sq ft, six storey Headquarter office building, developed on behalf of UK recycling, renewable energy and waste management company Viridor, has been opened to staff as Viridor House.
The location is a short riverside walk from all town centre facilities, main line railway station (direct to London Paddington in 1 hour 45 minutes) and within 2 miles of the M5 (J25).
In addition to office space, this major mixed use scheme will include leisure and retail facilities including hotel, cafes and restaurants together with 400 town houses and apartments.
