HEB secures deal for HD Decisions in Nottingham7th December 2012

Heb Chartered Surveyors has secured a deal for the expansion of financial and technology products company, HD Decisions into new offices.

Nottingham-based Heb completed the deal for HD Decisions to move into Suite 3C at The Hub, 40 Friar Lane, Nottingham.

Founder and chief executive of HD Decisions, Mark Hawkins, said: “We are really excited and proud to be growing our business in what is a very tough environment for financial services. Our focus on innovation and delivery seems to be really paying off.”

Founded in September 2008, the company has enjoyed rapid growth and count Barclaycard, Confused, com and Moneysupermarket.com among its clients. It has developed a unique technology, which pre-qualifies consumers looking for credit cards and loans, helping them find the right product first time.

HD Decisions has more than doubled the size of its business in the last 12 months triggering the need to recruit more staff members and to find new offices.

Mark said: “We love the buzz of Nottingham’s city centre and the location and services The Hub offers, so the choice was an easy one.”

HD Decisions has moved into 2,650 sq ft of contemporary fully refurbished open plan accommodation.

Robert Maxey, head of business space at heb chartered surveyors, said: “Having previously been involved in their first office move I was delighted to see further expansion – a Nottingham-based success story such as this is always pleasing.

“HD Decisions has occupied the last remaining mid-size suite in the building,” Robert said. “With only three 1,000 sq ft suites remaining, I am confident that The Hub will once again be fully tenanted before too much longer.”
