Worcestershire commercial property consultancy GJS Dillon LLP has sold a 0.25 acre site for new housing in Worcester for £270,000 - the equivalent of over £1 million per acre.
On behalf of family trust clients, GJS Dillon sold the freehold residential building land to a local company. The site, which is at Pope Iron Road, Worcester, has detailed planning permission for redevelopment with three town houses and three apartments.
GJS Dillon Partner Phillip Jones said: “The sale of this land, for which we had a number of offers, shows that well located, small, central residential sites continue to have an active market in Worcester.”
