Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby has let 325 Wimborne Road, Oakdale, Poole, to Mr & Mrs Jardine, trading as Ashley Blinds, who will open the retail premises as a showroom and office.
The premise comprise a net sales area of 440 sq ft with further ancillary storage at first floor level and was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of ten years. The asking rent was £10,000 per annum, exclusive.
