Lambert Smith Hampton has scored a hat trick of lettings at Ystrad Trade Park, Swansea West Business Park in Swansea.
The three new deals include a 7,663 sq ft unit let to Frame Centre Wales to serve as a distribution and administration centre for the home improvement industry. 2,605 sq ft has been let to Prosteel Design, a design and engineering company, with 1,184 sq ft taken by Williams and Murphy for car repairs.
Following this trio of lettings, only two units remain vacant and include office accommodation to the front and a 6,613 sq ft trade counter unit.
“Located so near to J47 of the M4 coupled with plenty of onsite car parking have contributed greatly to the success of Ystrad Trade Park” explains LSH’s Jason Thorne.
“A refurbishment programme, which is due to start in the New Year and will include new windows to the front elevation and an upgrade of the office suites, are sure to contribute further to the development’s commercial appeal.”
