Stratford-on-Avon based office specialist Loxton Developments has just completed a letting at Redditch’s most prominent office block Grosvenor House, which Loxton own. Fast expanding Serco Healthcare have taken a six year lease on a 6,300 sq ft office suite providing space for more than 50 health professionals.
Mark Roberts, Loxton’s Managing Director said: “Serco assessed the whole market and chose Grosvenor House because we could provide top quality refurbished space with raised access floors and air conditioning ready for immediate occupation”
Ian Parker, Partner at John Truslove Surveyors who negotiated the deal for Loxton said: “This is vote of confidence for Redditch and for Grosvenor House, which at 47,000 sq ft is one of the largest office buildings in the area, which means we can offer suites of various sizes, tenants can expand within the building and service charge costs are much lower than comparable buildings”
Serco joins existing tenants including Pearson, Sigma Financial, Cruise.co.uk, Controlo Cargo and Orange.
One further suite of 6300 sq ft will shortly be available in Grosvenor House which will appeal to call centre operators – grade A specification, fully cabled out with CAT6 data cabling, 200 amp power supply with UPS/Generator back-up to the whole floor and high spec server room with advanced fire systems.
