National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has succeeded in letting and selling two units in Capel Hendre Industrial Estate near Ammanford.
Distribution House, a substantial 7,034 sq ft unit with a large yard area, has been sold to repairs and servicing garage Revs Motors on a long leasehold for £190,000. LSH acted for the vendors Fast Forward, a distribution company who have relocated to larger premises at Stradey Business Park, Llangenech, Llanelli.
Unit 10 on the same development has been let to Les Rutherford Welding Services Ltd. LSH acted for the landlord Natural UK Ltd in leasing the 5,024 sq ft unit for a two year term.
Jason Thorne of LSH’s industrial agency team said: “These two transactions demonstrate continued demand for the Capel Hendre Industrial Estate which is ideally located just two miles from J49 of the M4.
“What they also show, is a willingness by banks to lend money on commercial property, provided companies have a reasonable deposit or equity.”
