UK food and drink logistics provider Culina has taken a ten-year lease on 211,947 sq ft (19,690 sq m) of space, for an asking rent of £5.75 per sq ft, at Crossflow 550, Cabot Park Bristol - a major distribution location in the South West.
The letting of Block A, for a which represents just under half of Crossflow 550, was done jointly by Savills, Knight Frank and Jones Lang LaSalle, acting on behalf of GE Capital.
Crossflow 550 is conveniently situated between London, Wales, and Birmingham and is less than five miles from junction 18/18a of the M5/M49 and 10 miles from the M4/M5 interchange.
The agents are marketing the remaining accommodation, Block B, which amounts to 338,230 sq ft (31,422 sq m) of self contained warehouse. The property has three storey office accommodation, 79 HGV parking bays and 251 car parking spaces.
