Alder King and Jones Lang LaSalle have secured three lettings totalling 7,700 sq ft at the Ashville Centre, Hampton Park West, Melksham, on behalf of their client Ashville Asset Management. The park is now almost fully occupied with just 2,910 sq ft of space in one unit remaining.
Greenearth Food Packaging Ltd, the eco-friendly food packaging company, has doubled its presence on the park after purchasing the freehold of Unit A3. It already owns the freehold of Unit A4. The company has experienced rapid growth and wanted to expand its presence at the Centre. It secured the 2,910 sq ft unit for an undisclosed sum.
Funky stationery brand Tinc, which operates a network of five stores in Bath, Winchester and London, is new to the Ashville Centre. It has taken Unit A1 as its headquarters premises. It has agreed a new five year lease on the 2,910 sq ft property.
ST Motorparts has relocated from another unit on the park to Unit B2 on a new ten-year lease. Its previous unit has been taken by another occupier.
