BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Colin Whelan as a director within its Birmingham rating team. Colin was previously head of rating at Johnson Fellows in Birmingham.
BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of Birmingham, Paul Rixon, said: “We are delighted to welcome Colin to the company, as he is a well-established name within the region. His contacts include multiple high street retailers, local and national health authorities, landlords and developers. As we move further into 2013, we will continue to grow our team of experts.”
This appointment follows BNP Paribas Real Estate’s recent recruitment of Chris White as the Birmingham head of development consulting, Patrick Pryce as the national head of debt advisory, based within its Birmingham office and Andrew Meikle as head of Birmingham investment.
