Towler Shaw Roberts has appointed Pippa Walker BSc (hons) MRICS as a surveyor in its Telford Office.
Pippa has over 25years experience in commercial property having practiced in both the private and public sectors and has in that time undertaken a wide range of instructions. She gained a degree in Estate Management at the University of Westminster following which she joined King Sturge, in 1986, in their London office where she specialised in landlord and tenant matters including rent reviews and lease renewals as well as valuation work of commercial premises throughout the country.
Pippa has joined Towler Shaw Roberts after three years at the MOD in Shrewsbury where she was involved in many aspects of property management throughout the West Midlands including acquiring recruitment offices and dealing with wayleaves and easements.
Pippa is based at Towler Shaw Robert’s Telford office where her main focus is on valuation, landlord and tenant, rating, CPO and compensation.
