Mark Patel joins CBRE building surveying team in Southampton14th June 2013

CBRE has appointed a new surveyor, Mark Patel to the Building Consultancy team in the Southampton office.
 
Mark will be working with the existing team on current instructions while developing new business opportunities across the South Central Region. With a background in IT, conservation and construction, Mark brings a broad range of professional skills. Mark has worked with Davis Langdon LLP, the University of Manchester Estates Directorate, and most recently, spent 18 months working in Central America on a variety of private and commercial commissions. His proficiency in Spanish and in-depth knowledge of building conservation will add another dimension to the service line.
 
Jonathan Fairchild, Head of Building Consultancy said: “Mark’s previous experience, specifically at our Manchester office, will be enormously beneficial in enabling him to quickly assimilate and help us as we continue to grow our business in the region. We are delighted to be joined by an individual with such drive and professionalism.”

Mark added: “Having recently returned to the UK, I’m looking forward to developing my career in this positive environment and the challenge of establishing myself in a new region."
