Blaze Activ8 Ltd has taken a ten-year full repairing and insuring lease, with a rent review after five years, on a two-storey office property (1,810 sq ft), which is currently being used as a gym.
The rent for the first three years is £12,000, increasing to £13,000 for the fourth year and £14,000 for the fifth year.
