Solihull Gate Retail Park in the West Midlands has acquired two new tenants.
Standard Life Investments Pooled Property Fund has let 15,000 sq ft to CSL Lounge Suites who have taken a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £445,805. Savills acted on behalf of CSL.
Standard Life has also let 10,000 sq ft of space for an annual rent of £296,221 to Wren Kitchens on a new ten-year lease.
Wilkinson Williams and Edgerley Simpson Howe acted for Standard Life for both transactions.
