Number 676 Christchurch Road in Boscombe has been let on a new nine-year full repairing and insuring lease to Homeland Products Ltd who will be using the retail premises as a Portuguese convenience store. The property comprises a net sales area of 745 sq ft with a 66 sq ft kitchenette. The rent being quoted was £11,500 per annum.
A new five year lease has been taken by Solent Parquet Flooring Ltd for £6,000 per annum on 1050 Christchurch Road. They will use the 439 sq ft premises, which has a further 54 sq ft of ancilliary storage as a flooring showroom.
Unit L at the Ferndown Centre, Ferdown has been let for 15 years, at £20,000 per annum, to Ian Underwood, who will use the 2,491 sq ft of retail space as an opticians.
