Bruton Knowles expands Bristol commercial property office23rd August 2013

Will Nell has joined the Bristol office of commercial property agents Bruton Knowles, doubling the size of its office in Clifton to four people, just weeks after opening. Nell, who was previously with DTZ, has been specialising in industrial property in Bristol since 2006.

Nell joins Paul Matthews and Paul Williams, who opened the Bristol office in July 2013.

Bruton Knowles Partner Angus Taylor, who has been with the firm since 2011, is supporting the Bristol team from Gloucestershire, bringing expertise in project management, design and construction to the office.

Paul Matthews, Head of Bristol Office, said: “We now have in place a core team in Bristol that can handle just about any aspect of commercial property. With Paul Williams’ office agency experience in the city and Will Nell on industrial we have real insight into the Bristol market as well as the resources of our head office team in Gloucester on tap.

“Bruton Knowles has more than 150 years of history of dealing with property in the South West region but this is the first time the firm has established an office in Bristol. We want to help occupiers, in particular, to find the right premises in Bristol and to support them with their property issues.”
