Stirling Ackroyd has appointed Richard Spivack to their Retail and Leisure team in the firm's Commercial Office.
This appointment reflects the expanding prominence of Stirling Ackroyd within retail, restaurant and other leisure opportunities in East London and the burgeoning surrounding areas. Richard brings to the company an exemplary reputation from APS Commercial in King's Cross where he built a strong commercial practice, the establishment of his own operations, Spivack Commercial, and Boss Bishop, which focused on disposal and acquisition within retail, coffee shops and restaurants.
