Riverside Court Business Centre in Chepstow purchased by Basepoint for £1m4th September 2013

Basepoint Business Centres has completed the freehold purchase of the Riverside Court Business Centre, a 21,800 sq ft business centre in Chepstow, for £1m.
 
The centre is part of a prestigious mixed development in Beaufort Park, Chepstow, and was previously run by Office Space Business Centres. It has approximately 21,800 sq ft of serviced office accommodation over three floors and is currently 60% occupied.

Basepoint Chepstow, Riverside Court offers fully serviced office space on monthly terms, virtual offices and meeting rooms in a modern, purpose built facility. As well as telecoms systems, meeting space, a managed reception and break out areas, all centres host events to encourage and support SMEs. All of the profits that are generated by Basepoint’s centres are ploughed back into charitable causes which assist societies most vulnerable.
