Cardiff solicitors Spencer Skuse & Potter have moved to the former Thai Consulate building in Cardiff Bay. The firm has leased 1,230 sq ft offices at the 7 Mount Stuart Square building, on a five year lease at an annual rental rising to £13,250. Landlord 2R Properties was advised by commercial property agencies Knight Frank and Jenkins Best.

Henry Best of Jenkins Best said: “These period offices directly face the historic Coal Exchange in the square, and have been extensively refurbished to a high standard inside.”
