Law firm Walker Morris appoints new residential development specialist2nd October 2013

Law Firm Walker Morris has appointed a new residential development specialist, James Lawson, as a Director to its Real Estate Group.

James joins the Group from Clarion Solicitors where he was a partner for five years and having established himself as a leading specialist in residential development.

The appointment reinforces both the expertise and depth of resource Walker Morris provide to the residential development sector. The team advises on the full range of matters ranging from planning, land acquisition, construction and tax through to residential plot sales, and advises both a regional and national client base.
