Transport planning consultants Phil Jones take office lease in centre of Longbridge9th October 2013

St Modwen has welcomed transport planning consultants Phil Jones Associates (PJA) as the first tenant to Seven House, the brand new office space at the heart of the recently opened £70 million town centre at Longbridge.

PJA has taken 2,250 sq ft of space in the 18,000 sq ft Grade A, new build office building. The company was previously located at Longbridge Innovation Centre, yet following a period of sustained growth, required larger premises in order to meet future business needs.

The transport planning consultants provide integrated transport planning and urban design solutions to a wide range of residential and commercial schemes, including assisting St. Modwen with its redevelopment of Longbridge.

Established in 2003, PJA moved to Longbridge Innovation Centre in 2009. It has grown from a staff of six to employ 15 full time and three part time staff, and is expecting to announce a number of new hires imminently. The company also recently opened a designated London office, following diversification of its service offer and a number of new business wins.

Phil Jones Associates has grown considerably since it first came to the area as a small business located in the Innovation Centre. The new office accommodation will enable them to expand still further.

“Seven House and Park Point both offer high quality Grade A office accommodation in a prime location at the heart of the £70 million Longbridge town centre. We have already seen a lot of interest from businesses looking at the potential to relocate and we look forward to announcing further tenant wins.”
