Acting on behalf of Commercial Estates Group, FHP Property Consultants have let a unit at Amber Business Centre, Riddings to the Derbyshire Motorbike School.
Originally based on Monk Road Industrial Estate, Derbyshire have relocated and expanded to Unit 13.8 Amber Business Centre extending to 58m² (624ft²).
The motorbike school offers motorcycle training courses ranging from Basic Introductory Lessons, CBT, help and advice with the Motorcycle Theory Test and motorcycle training to gaining your full motorcycle licence or the Direct Access Scheme.
George Dunnicliff of FHP Property Consultants said: “It is pleasing to see yet another completed deal here at Amber Business Centre at Unit 13.8. Derbyshire Motorbike School is a frequent user of Amber Business Centre for training purposes so therefore it was a natural progression for them to take a small unit when one became available.
