On behalf of Ashtenne Industrial Fund, Jones Lang LaSalle’s Southampton office has completed the letting of Unit 10 Carvers Industrial Estate in Ringwood, Hampshire to Propex Heating and Leisure LTD.
Relocating from Millbrook Industrial Estate, Propex Heat Source will be occupying a 570.59m² (6,142 ft²) industrial unit. Propex supply some of the most advanced gas heaters available today for a variety of applications from motor-homes and caravans to marine craft and horseboxes.

Carvers Industrial Estate comprises a total of 13 modern industrial units providing approximately 52,000 sq ft of industrial space. There are still newly refurbished units available on the estate ranging in size from 1,325 sq ft up to 5,042 sq ft.
