On behalf of Punch Taverns, Savills has sold the freehold of the Malt & Hops in Hythe, Hampshire to a private investor. The pub was offered at a guide price of £300,000.
The detached public house with onsite car parking and trade garden occupies a 0.4 acre (0.1 hectare) site on a residential street on the edge of Hythe village centre.
Richard Acton, leisure and trading at Savills, said: “We are pleased to have secured the sale of the Malt & Hops, which achieved a good price and secured the continued use of the pub.”
The private investor was unrepresented.
