James Nicholas has been appointed by property consultancy Alder King as a partner in its asset management and consultancy teams.
Previously a surveyor in Alder King’s professional team for three years, James has rejoined the company after nearly ten years holding senior positions managing the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, the mandate for which was recently acquired by Hansteen.
James will divide his time between Alder King’s Bristol and Cardiff offices, providing clients with high level strategic advice across a wide range of disciplines including asset management, investment, agency and lease advisory. He will also play a key role in business generation.
