The former Xograph building on Hampton Road Industrial Estate in Tetbury has been let by Alder King in Swindon on a new ten year lease to Keiser UK, a supplier of fitness equipment to football, rugby and leisure clubs.
Keiser has relocated to the 15,422 sq ft detached warehouse and office from a smaller unit on the estate to help meet growing demand.
Alder King acted on behalf of the landlord, Penn Tree Properties Ltd.
